Acceptance of terms and conditions.
To accept UK Time Capsule terms and condition please click on the button “I ACCEPT”. By doing so you have agreed to be bound by our terms and conditions.
UK Time Capsule may revise the current terms and conditions at any time. UK Time Capsule will advise you of any changes. Your continued use of our service after the notification of any changes will confirm you acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
Eligible users and appropriate content
UK Time Capsule provides a service suitable for all. Those under the age of 18 must have an adult open a Time Capsule and supervise all entries to the Time Capsule.
UK Time Capsule reserves the right to refuse any inappropriate material and will terminate any Time Capsule entries containing such content. UK Time Capsule will determine what content is inappropriate.
Restrictions of use.
UK Time Capsule has been designed for your personal use only. You may not use UK Time Capsule to infringe the rights or privacy of others. You may not use UK Time Capsule to log or send any pornographic, threatening, obscene, abusive or unlawful material. You may not use UK Time Capsule to transmit files containing a virus or any other type of harmful code.
Security
It is your responsibility to protect your password and user name. You are responsible for all entries to your Time Capsule and must notify UK Time Capsule of any unauthorised entries to your Time Capsule or any other breaches of security to your Time Capsule or personal information.
UK Time Capsule cannot and will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from failure to protect your password, user name and personal details.
Cancellation of UK Time Capsule.
You may cancel your UK Time Capsule at any time. Your cancellation of UK Time Capsule will not change your obligation to pay all charges for services provided prior to your cancellation.
Return e-mail address and future storage.
It is your responsibilities to inform UK Time Capsule of any changes to you return e-mail address. UK Time Capsule will not be held responsible for failure to deliver Time Capsules to unregistered e-mail addresses.
Your returned Time Capsule once opened will only be stored by UK Time Capsule for 28 days. It is your responsibility to save the information stored in your opened Time Capsule.
UK Time Capsule Disk Space Allowance
Each UK Time Capsule purchased will give you 50 MB of storage space. This is the maximum amount of space supplied with each personal UK Time Capsule to store text, photo and video files. If at any time your uploaded files exceed the allocated space of 50 MB you will be able to purchase additional space at the cost as shown on the price page of this website. You will not be able to add additional files until your storage space is increased.
Termination
UK Time Capsule will terminate your right to use the service if you are in breach of any of the terms and conditions.
You may also be subject to further legal action if you are in breach of any of the terms and conditions.
